We designed this page specifically for our Acts2 Network (formerly Gracepoint) family. We want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the opportunity to be considered as your prospective wedding photographers. That fact that you are contemplating us to capture the most significant moment of your wedding day truly resonates with us on a personal level. We view it as a chance to become part of your most cherished memories, to weave our artistry into the fabric of your love story. Our philosophy centers around treating every couple we work with, along with their tight knit community of family and friends, as an extension of our own family. This approach allows us to photograph with a heightened sense of intention, as if we were capturing moments for our very own loved ones. We believe that this enhances the authenticity of our work that translates into photographs that hold both visual and emotional depth.
Acts2 Network Weddings
We have been photographing Acts2 Network (formerly known as Gracepoint) weddings for almost a decade. We have such a deep respect for our Acts2 Network family and have built amazing bonds and friendships with so many people over the years. When it comes to your wedding, we understand what it takes to make your day the best it can be. We want you to be able to look back at your images and not only relive them but we also want you to look back and feel great about the experience that we were able to provide. That is our biggest take away. We have been blessed to have photographed numerous weddings with a myriad of different nuances but also, we have been blessed to be a part of so many couples’ lives. With weddings at Acts2 Network, we understand the process, the timeline, the church, so you can rest assured knowing that you are in very knowledgeable, friendly, and capable hands! From the moment you reach out to us to when you receive your albums and images, we are there with you every step of the way. We can assist you with building an optimum timeline for your wedding, provide transportation (since you will be with us for a good portion of the day, feel free to ride with us!), and provide that support that you need throughout the day. We are excited at the idea of being your wedding photographers and we can’t wait to begin that journey with you!

THE PROCESS
The weeks prior to and directly following your wedding planning are busy times. we honor your harried moments with a special timeline which will help you to understand how we are working our hardest to avoid any unnecessary surprises:
ONE MONTH BEFORE YOUR WEDDING: You fill out your provided Questionnaire with the details of your wedding day.
ONE TO TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOUR WEDDING: We’ll have a conference call to discuss the information in your Questionnaire and your timeline of your wedding day.
THE DAY OF YOUR WEDDING: We arrive at the scheduled time and quickly run through the course of the day and begin capturing your day. Then we coordinate with your family and friends scheduled start times for formal portraits and what to expect.
EIGHT TO TWELVE WEEKS AFTER YOUR WEDDING: You will receive an email notification with information as to how to access your private online wedding gallery. Album selection instructions are also included to help prepare you to choose your favorite images for your album(s).
FOURTEEN WEEKS AFTER YOUR WEDDING: You should send us a notification that you have selected your favorite images for your album as well your choice of leather color for your album cover. The album designing process begins. This is a great time to order portraits, wedding party member gifts, parent albums, and any of the other unique keepsakes we offer.
SIXTEEN TO EIGHTEEN WEEKS AFTER YOUR WEDDING: We will send you your album design mock up based on the images that you have selected as your favorites. You will review the layout and have the opportunity for any revisions. Design revisions are then sent to you for further review until you approve. Once you approved, the album is then sent to print.
FOUR TO SIX MONTHS AFTER YOUR ALBUM APPROVAL: Your album and is ready for shipment. At this time we also provide a client care card packet which will ensure a long life for your precious heirlooms.

All Wedding packages include:
A photo gallery with 500-700 hand edited color and density adjusted high resolution images from your wedding day. From the photo gallery you can download, share and order prints of your photographs. Wedding Collections are discounted from “a la carte” items for your convenience. Additional items from the a la carte menu may be added to supplement all packages.
