Travel Fee:

A small travel fee will apply to your package based on the distance from your school’s campus.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

we recommend scheduling an appointment with us 3-4 months in advance. In the event of rescheduling & cancellations, we request at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that things happen so just keep us informed and we’ll work around our schedules.

Shooting Time:

We schedule our sessions typically 2-3 hours prior to sunset to capitalize on the most optimal light.

Weather:

in the event of inclement weather, we will reschedule your session to our next available appointment.

Locations:

Since we photograph at the most optimal time during the day (close to golden hour/sunset) we want to maximize our time photographing you rather than traveling from one location to another. most graduates choose their respective campus. However, some graduates choose to take their session elsewhere. if multiple locations are requested, we will need to build travel time in your session to accommodate such and will depend on the distance between locations.

Outfits and Looks:

Every outfit is considered one look. an addition of your cap and gown to a look does not count as an outfit change. please be sure to bring your cap and gown as we do not supply them for your session. approval for access on your school’s campus must be arranged by you prior to the session.

Props and Additions:

Feel free to bring props of your choosing to add to your session. prop examples can be your sports gear, your pet(s), balloons, etc.. please adhere to campus rules regarding what you’re planning on bringing (e.g. confetti).

Turn Around Time:

your gallery will be available within 4 weeks of your session. if a rush is required, we offer the following services:

2 weeks: $200 | 1 week: $300 | 3 business days $500
