One of the most unique venues we have photographed is the Falkirk Cultural Center in San Rafael, California. This nineteenth century home was the perfect backdrop to Bruce & Mia’s Spring wedding. Nestled in the downtown area, guests from far and wide gathered to witness the marriage of these Philadelphia transplants. Mia had her hair done by Amy Bullock of Salon B and she opted to do her own make up (which, in our opinion, did not need much at all!). They exchanged vows under the shade of an enormous oak tree in the Rose Garden, officiated by their good friend. Their fur baby, Reggie was even able to join in with the festivities. The guests were free to roam the three story estate during cocktail hour until the aroma of bubbling paella made by Paella del Reyes came wafting through the air to welcome them to an outdoor reception.
