It was a gorgeous June weekend when Adam and Monika got married. They couldn’t have picked a more picturesque setting in Big Sur, California. With a coastline boasting immense views of the Pacific Ocean, bordered by lush landscapes from the St. Lucia Mountains, Henry Miller Memorial Library was a perfect venue for their wedding. With guests traveling from all different parts of the world, they made sure that the Central Coast event was a weekend worth remembering. They got ready at Ventana with Rhonda Johnson leading the charge with hair and make up. With the assistance & coordination of Jaime Jarrad of SeaStars and her team, in conjunction with floral artistry of Honey & Poppies, Adam and Monika’s vision for their wedding came to fruition.
The redwood trees provided shade as guests encircled the bride and groom hand in hand during their early evening ceremony to sponsor their union. Lots of happy tears shed during the toasts at the reception but it only gave way to non-stop dancing on the open-air deck terrace through the wee hours of the night. (Not pictured: the afterparty where we stuffed our faces at a local watering hole.) Good times.
