Steven and Mahati celebrated their union at the beautiful Venture Retreat Center in Pescadero, CA. Set in San Mateo County, this stunning outdoor venue was the perfect backdrop for their outdoor Hindu wedding ceremony. Guests enjoyed views of the surrounding lush landscape while dining and dancing with the newlyweds underneath a blanket of stars in the Spring.

Many of the guests stayed on property for the entire weekend, while others arrived to celebrate on the day of the wedding. The property offers guests the option of staying the main lodge, in one of their cabins, in a yurt, or in their majestic tent. Guests also have the option of pitching their own tents as well in their camping meadow.

Both Steven and Mahati got ready on property: Steven got ready in one of the tents while Mahati got ready in the Main Lodge. The Hindu ceremony started with a traditional Baraat adorned with vibrant colors, singing, and dancing. It was amazing to witness the union marriage while honoring the sacred Hindu wedding ceremony and being present on the blending of two cultures. Cocktail hour was hosted poolside at the Main Lodge and guests were welcomed to sit for dinner soon after. Dancing proceeded while dessert was served and guests enjoyed numerous dance and musical performances throughout the night.
